Landing onto this role taught me what leadership really meant. It was never about the role. It's about empowering and inspiring others to do more by setting examples and helping others regardless of position or title.
During my term, my goal was simple: completing the pyramid program in which it's required for official charter recognition. To get a picture of what a pyramid program looks like:
Pyramid Program was the core to agenda. Although the Pyramid Program wasn't completed on my 3 month term, I have succeeded in ensuring the petition for charter to be approved. It wasn't a one person effort, it was a team effort that propelled our advancements in completing the criteria that made us eligible for an official charter recognition.
Nevertheless, the best part of being a Delta Sig member is making memories:
